At Limra Arts, we believe returning a product should be simple, transparent, and buyer-friendly. We offer a 30-day return policy with no unnecessary questions. In certain cases, we may request photos or a short video of the product to understand and document the issue.

🔄 30-Day Easy Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. However, to help us resolve your request quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible. In special circumstances, we may accept return requests reported within 15 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item should:

  • Be unused and unworn, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and packaging, where applicable.

  • Include any additional parts or accessories supplied with the order.

  • Be returned in a condition that allows us to verify the original product.

Returns are accepted for issues including:

  • Product not matching the description or specifications shown when purchased

  • Tears, damage, or significant wear present when the item was received

For damage, defects, fitting issues, or other product-related concerns, we may request clear photos or a video before approving the return.

We strongly recommend checking your product carefully as soon as you receive it. If you notice any damage, defect, incorrect item, missing accessory, or other issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please notify Limra Arts within 7 days of receiving the product. In exceptional circumstances, requests reported within 15 days may also be considered.

📦 Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the buyer.

If you prefer, we can deduct the applicable return shipping cost from your refund. Where a return is approved and Limra Arts agrees to cover the return shipping, we will provide the applicable instructions.

Your refund will be processed after we receive the returned product and have confirmed that the return meets the applicable conditions.

Once the returned item is received, we aim to issue the refund within 24–48 hours.

The refund will be sent to the original payment method/source used for the purchase.

Please note that the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.
